15,000 SQ FT ROOFTOP RECREATIONAL AREA
Hang out with neighbours at the 15,000 sq ft rooftop recreational area at Block 377. Bigger than an Olympic-sized swimming pool, the area consists of a fitness corner, a community garden as well as playgrounds. You can find a range of edible plants in the community garden, including sweet potato leaves, pandan leaves, lemongrass, Arabian Jasmine as well as Katamfe. Do check them out!

WELCOME PARTY @ 25 JANUARY 2019
On 25th January 2019, a party was hosted to welcome the residents of Bukit Gombak Vista. This event also marked the opening of the garden, playgrounds and fitness corner located at the rooftop of Block 377. We would like to thank everyone who attended the event and we hope you had a good time getting to know your neighbours!

Every month residents and I get together to enjoy a hearty breakfast. I always have a good time speaking to and getting to know residents better. Residents get to mingle with their neighbours and make new friends. Do come by and join us for our next breakfast gathering!

IMPROVING YOUR ESTATE
A SPACE FOR OUR SENIORS @
REACH SENIOR CENTRE
We partnered with REACH Community Services to open REACH Senior Centre, one of the biggest Senior Activity Centres, at Block 377A. The centre aims to provide support for lonely and vulnerable seniors, encourage active in-place ageing as well as provide a platform for senior volunteerism. It will offer a range of programmes and activities for seniors, such as culinary and art workshops. The centre will also house the REACH Community Café, a cafe catered to seniors run by senior volunteers. Customers do not have to pay for food but are encouraged to donate a reasonable amount to support the programme. The senior centre also has plans to encourage young Singaporeans to participate in engagement activities with seniors. Do drop by!

108 RETAIL SHOPS AND COFFEE SHOPS NEAR YOU
Our precinct is surrounded by a total of 108 retail and coffee shops, providing convenient access to essential goods and services like supermarkets, clinics and salons. Bukit Gombak MRT, Bukit Gombak Sports Hall and Bukit Gombak ActiveSG Stadium are just a stone’s throw away.
ENHANCED ROAD SAFETY MEASURES
To enhance road safety in our estate, a new traffic light has been introduced at Block 372 Bukit Batok Street 31. Commuters can now make use of the new crossing to get across the road safely. A convex mirror, warning signs and additional visible road markings have also been added at the cross junction of the precinct entrance.
OTHER NEIGHBOURHOOD IMPROVEMENTS
In order to provide more sheltered convenience to residents, we have installed additional weather protection measures in between linkways. The precinct marker has also been shifted to the opposite side of the road for greater visibility.
